INTERACTIVE SMART PLANS

What is an interactive SMART PLAN ?

 

An interactive SMART PLAN is a way of displaying real estate properties/photos via a webpage link in such a way where a plan of the property is shown alongside the photos. The interactive Smart Plan will have a marker on the plan indicating the approximate position where the photo was taken.

Visitors to the website can click on these markers and the corresponding photo is then presented. This allows the potential buyer to get a better feel for the house over static photos and floor plans. Our Interactive Smart Plans are branded with your company logo and your contact details. MAST PHOTOGRAPHY

Mast or pole photography refers to low-level, ground-based elevated or aerial photography, using a telescopic mast or pole, with a remote-controlled camera attached to the top-end, which allows a photographer to capture still and motion picture imagery, from a "birds eye view".

 

The price and flexibility of elevated imaging is quite reasonable, Because it does not involve the use of a manned commercial aircraft, the overhead and costs associated with elevated photography are much lower.

AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Some jobs require something extra, this is where Aerial Photography comes into play. We have been doing aerial photography for 14 years and our expertise is second to none.

We also have great satellite photos for most suburbs in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. 
 

VIRTUAL FURNITURE

Virtual furniture staging takes your photos of the empty house and using our delicate photo editing processes adds in virtual interiors.
